Finned Championship 2026 · Updated 16 October 2026
Your privacy.
What this site keeps about you, who can see it, and for how long — in plain words.
01Who we are
This site runs the Agency Finned Championship 2026: the teams, the scores, the challenges, the player cards and the Meme Arena. It's run by the championship organisers at Monsoonfish, for the people of Monsoonfish and Lokus.
It's an internal event site. We only keep what the championship needs, we don't sell or share it, and there are no ads and no tracking.
02What we keep
In short: your name and work email, what you add to the site yourself, and a little to keep sign-in safe.
- When you sign in with Google: your name and your work email address. Google also tells us that the address is verified and which company account it belongs to. We never see your Google password or anything else in your Google account. Google also offers your profile picture; it's only used if the organisers show it on player cards.
- When you sign in with an email and password: your email, your name, and your password, which is stored only in scrambled form (a one-way “hash”) that nobody — organisers included — can turn back into the password. We also note which organiser set it, and when.
- Wrong sign-in attempts: the email that was tried, the network (IP) address it came from, and the time. These are kept for at most a day, only to stop anyone guessing passwords.
- What you add yourself: your player card answers, the memes you upload and your votes.
- Organisers' changes: when an organiser changes teams, scores, challenges or memes, the change is kept in a log with their name, so every change can be checked.
03Who can see what
- Anyone, without signing in: the front page — the season, the team names and points, and each team's captain once the teams are announced. Nothing else.
- Everyone signed in (people of Monsoonfish and Lokus): the participants and their player cards, the teams, the challenges and results, and the memes. Memes are anonymous: nobody can see who posted which.
- The organisers (admins): also who posted each meme (to keep things friendly, and to name the winner if they choose), how many people voted, and the log of changes. Nobody — organisers included — is shown who you voted for.
05Where it's kept
The site and its data are kept with a few service providers, who look after it for us and may not use it for anything else:
- Vercel runs the site.
- Neon keeps the database (the championship's data and sign-in).
- Vercel Blob keeps uploaded images (memes and photos).
- Google handles “Sign in with Google”.
Everything travels encrypted (https).
06How long we keep it
- Wrong sign-in attempts: at most a day.
- Your session: until you log out, or 14 days.
- Everything else (player cards, memes, votes, scores, the log of changes and passwords): until three months after the season's final. Then it's deleted, except the final results — team names and points — which may be kept as the season's record.
07Your choices
- You can change your player card yourself, any time, on My card.
- You can take back a meme you posted while uploads are open, and a vote while voting is open.
- You can log out at any time, from the menu or the bottom of the front page.
- You can ask the championship organisers to show you what's kept about you, to correct it, or to delete it — including taking you off the participant list.
08Changes and questions
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. For anything about your data, ask the championship organisers.
How you're expected to use the site is in the terms of use.
